Sarah Abbott

Sarah Abbott grew up in Queensland but now lives in Fremantle, WA, with her family.  With a background in interior design, Sarah only recently started a career in art, after moving to WA from interstate.

She is inspired by botanicals (with a strong focus on Australian natives), the ephemeral nature of light, the still life genre, and architecture and design.

Her works are figurative, colourful and bold, with a strong sense of drama, and she oscillates between slightly stylised work, and realist interpretations of her subject.

INTERSTELLAR AERIALS

Stellar Fraser is born and bred in Western Australia.  Her creative journey started in her late 20’s, when a trip across South East Asia, and onwards to London spurred her to purchase her first DSLR camera.

After arriving back to Australia, and relocating to Melbourne, she undertook a Diploma of photography at the well renowned Collingwood TAFE.  Her passion for photography saw her afforded a wealth of opportunity in Melbourne including working with festivals & events, and documenting the 2006 Commonwealth Games for the Herald Sun.

After 10 years Stellar was pulled back to Western Australia, which has always held her heart and soul.  She invested in a drone in 2017 and has not looked back.  Her aerial perspectives capture the beauty of what she believes to be the most amazing state in Australia.

MOKOH DESIGN

Husband and wife team Trudy and Andy Baker make up the Mokoh design team.  Born and bred in the UK the pair met whilst studying for their BA Hons Degrees at Bath Art College. They emigrated to Perth, Australia with their young family in 2004.

The couple felt the urge to create something unique to post back to friends and family overseas and show off their new country. As a result Mokoh was born. A majority of their designs are influenced by the Australian landscape/culture and their love of Australia’s natural flora and fauna.

The name Mokoh derives from the couples two children Molly and Koh.

The duo have been bringing their unique products to the public since 2003, and have become a well known and loved local brand.  In addition to their art prints, they also sell a range of Australian Made souvenirs, gifts, stationery and homewares proudly designed and manufactured in their studio in South Fremantle. Their products are made in small batches so as to create less waste.
